By creating an R Infinity Trading account and selecting "I HAVE READ AND AGREE", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and Risk Disclosures.

R Infinity Trading involves trading activities that carry financial risk.

NO TRADING PROFIT, DAILY RETURN, ANNUAL RETURN, BONUS, OR FINANCIAL RESULT IS GUARANTEED.

Any reference to a 2% daily target, compounding illustration, $125,000 potential Program value, or other projected performance is an illustration or objective only and is not a promise or guarantee of future performance.

Actual results may be substantially different and may include losses.

1. THE COMPANIES

Carspecs USA

Carspecs USA is a separate business entity operating in California, United States. Carspecs USA operates an automotive business and customer referral program.

R Infinity Trading

R Infinity Trading is a separate business entity organized in the Philippines. R Infinity Trading may provide trading operations, technology, reporting, administration, automated systems, analytics, and risk-management services.

Although Carspecs USA and R Infinity Trading have common ownership, they are separate legal entities.

2. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

The Program is intended to create an additional benefit for qualifying Carspecs USA referral participants while promoting:

• Financial education
• Responsible risk management
• Transparency
• Long-term financial awareness
• Business opportunities
• Community participation

The Program is not intended to represent guaranteed income or guaranteed financial independence.

3. HOW TO QUALIFY

A participant may qualify by providing: 3 QUALIFIED CARSPECS USA CUSTOMER REFERRALS

Each referral must result in an eligible completed and funded Carspecs USA vehicle transaction.

Simply providing a customer's name, telephone number, application, or contact information does not automatically constitute a Qualified Referral.

Carspecs USA determines whether each referral satisfies Program requirements.

4. PARTICIPANT'S PERSONAL CONTRIBUTION

Under the standard Carspecs-funded Program:

PARTICIPANT PERSONAL TRADING CAPITAL REQUIRED: $0

The participant is not required to deposit the initial trading capital.

5. CARSPECS PROGRAM ALLOCATION

After satisfying applicable qualification requirements, Carspecs USA may provide: $1,000 CARSPECS PROGRAM ALLOCATION

The $1,000 originates from Carspecs USA company funds.

Unless otherwise expressly established in a separately approved agreement, the Program Allocation remains company-owned capital and does not constitute a participant-owned brokerage or investment account.

The participant does not automatically acquire ownership of the underlying $1,000.

6. NO AUTOMATIC INVESTMENT OF REFERRAL COMMISSIONS

Carspecs USA will not automatically take an earned participant referral commission and invest that commission with R Infinity Trading.

Any future program permitting participants to contribute their own money or independently earned compensation must be governed by separate terms and may be offered only after applicable legal and regulatory requirements have been satisfied.

7. R INFINITY TRADING OPERATIONS

R Infinity Trading may use approved trading methods including:

• Manual trading
• Algorithmic trading
• Automated trading
• Artificial intelligence
• Trading robots
• Technical analysis
• Risk-management technology

No technology can guarantee profitable trades.

8. MARKETS

Subject to applicable law and internal risk controls, trading activities may include:

• Monday–Friday: Gold / XAUUSD and other approved markets.
• Saturday: Bitcoin / BTC and other approved cryptocurrency markets when appropriate trading opportunities exist.
• Sunday: Generally reserved for analysis, system review, performance evaluation, and risk management.

R Infinity is never required to enter a trade simply because a market is open.

9. TRADING FREQUENCY

The current strategy may seek: UP TO APPROXIMATELY TWO QUALIFYING TRADES PER TRADING SESSION

This is not a requirement. Depending upon market conditions, R Infinity may execute zero trades, one trade, two trades, or another number permitted under its approved risk-management policy.

R Infinity should not force trades merely to achieve a daily performance target.

10. RISK MANAGEMENT

The strategy currently being tested generally targets approximately: 1% RISK PER QUALIFYING TRADE

Risk may be reduced when appropriate. R Infinity should not automatically increase risk to 5% merely because:

• A previous trade lost;
• The daily target was missed;
• The monthly target is behind schedule; or
• The hypothetical annual target is behind schedule.

CAPITAL PRESERVATION AND RISK MANAGEMENT TAKE PRIORITY OVER PERFORMANCE TARGETS.

11. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVE

The strategy currently being evaluated may target approximately: 2% ACCOUNT GROWTH ON A SUCCESSFUL TRADING DAY

This is an internal objective and modeling assumption. 2% DAILY PERFORMANCE IS NOT GUARANTEED.

Actual daily performance may be positive, negative, or zero. There may also be days when no trade is taken.

12. COMPOUNDING

Where applicable, trading results may remain within the Program and affect subsequent trading values. This creates compounding.

A simplified hypothetical formula is: Future Value = Starting Value x (1 + Return)^Number of Compounding Periods

Compounding can increase gains. It can also increase the dollar impact of subsequent losses.

13. $125,000 ILLUSTRATION

R Infinity may provide educational mathematical illustrations demonstrating how compounding could theoretically affect a $1,000 starting Program Allocation.

An illustration involving approximately $125,000 represents a hypothetical mathematical scenario only.

IT IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT A PARTICIPANT WILL RECEIVE $125,000.

Such an illustration depends upon assumptions concerning trading performance, number of trading sessions, winning trades, losing trades, no-trade periods, compounding, fees, drawdowns, slippage, brokerage expenses, technology, market conditions, and other factors.

Actual results may differ substantially.

14. HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE WARNING

Hypothetical and projected results have inherent limitations. They do not represent actual future trading.

Actual markets may experience liquidity problems, price slippage, unexpected volatility, technology problems, consecutive losses, and other circumstances that cannot be completely reflected in a mathematical illustration.

Participants should not rely upon hypothetical performance as evidence that similar results will actually occur.

15. ACTUAL PERFORMANCE

As R Infinity develops an actual trading history, actual results should be distinguished clearly from hypothetical results, backtesting, simulations, and projections.

Actual losing periods must not be omitted merely to make performance appear more favorable.

16. PERFORMANCE/TRADER FEE

The proposed Program includes a: 30% PERFORMANCE/TRADER FEE

The final calculation methodology will be stated in the applicable Compensation Schedule. The fee shall not be concealed from participants.

17. ADMINISTRATIVE FEE

The proposed Program includes a: 5% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE

This fee may support permitted Program expenses including platform operation, technology, reporting, software, data, administration, customer support, compliance, and payment processing.

18. TRANSPARENT FEE REPORTING

Participants should be able to determine the material fees affecting their Program benefit. Where applicable, the R Infinity dashboard may display gross trading performance, performance/trader fee, administrative fee, net program result, and participant benefit.

No material Program fee should intentionally be hidden.

19. PARTICIPANT DASHBOARD

R Infinity may provide each participant with a secure dashboard displaying referral status, program allocation, current program value, performance metrics, fees, and participant benefit details.

20. TRANSPARENCY

R Infinity intends to provide transparent reporting regarding material Program performance. Transparency does not require R Infinity to disclose proprietary intellectual property.

21. PROPRIETARY TRADING SYSTEM

R Infinity may keep confidential its AI technology, algorithms, source code, entry signals, exit signals, trading formulas, indicators, automation logic, and proprietary risk-management methods.

Participants are entitled to applicable financial disclosures but are not entitled to R Infinity's proprietary source code or confidential trading methodology.

22. AUTOMATED TRADING RISKS

Automated and AI-assisted trading carries additional risks, including incorrect signals, software failures, internet outages, API failures, server failures, brokerage interruptions, slippage, price gaps, incorrect data, cybersecurity incidents, algorithmic errors, and unexpected market conditions.

Artificial intelligence does not eliminate financial risk.

23. TRADING LOSSES

Trading can produce losing trades, consecutive losing trades, losing days, losing weeks, losing months, and drawdowns. There may also be extended periods during which no suitable trading opportunities exist.

24. PROGRAM BENEFITS AND DISTRIBUTIONS

Participant benefits will be calculated according to the applicable Compensation Schedule. The participant does not automatically have the right to withdraw the Carspecs-owned $1,000 Program Allocation.

25. NO PERSONAL LIABILITY FOR NORMAL PROGRAM TRADING LOSSES

Under the standard Carspecs-funded Program, a participant is not required to personally reimburse normal trading losses associated with Carspecs-owned Program capital unless a separate lawful written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Trading losses may, however, reduce or eliminate potential Program benefits.

26. NO RECRUITMENT-ONLY COMPENSATION

Participants are not compensated merely for recruiting other participants. Program qualification is based upon legitimate qualifying Carspecs USA customer referrals and underlying automotive transactions.

No benefit is earned solely because another person registers for the Program.

27. NO GUARANTEED INCOME

R Infinity and Carspecs USA do not guarantee $125,000 per year, 2% per day, a particular win rate, a particular monthly return, a particular annual return, guaranteed retirement income, or financial independence.

Any person making such a guarantee without written authorization is acting outside the approved Program terms.

28. TAXES

Participant benefits may constitute taxable income. Participants are responsible for their individual tax obligations.

29. PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY

Participants must provide truthful information concerning identity, age, country of residence, residential jurisdiction, contact information, and other legally required information.

30. UNITED STATES PARTICIPANTS

Participation by U.S.-located or U.S.-resident persons is subject to applicable U.S. federal and state requirements. Possessing Philippine, Mexican, or other foreign identification does not automatically make a U.S.-located participant exempt from applicable U.S. requirements.

31. PHILIPPINE PARTICIPANTS

Participation by Philippine residents is subject to applicable Philippine law. Registration of R Infinity Trading as a business does not by itself constitute authorization to conduct every form of regulated investment or financial activity.

32. OTHER COUNTRIES

R Infinity may restrict enrollment from jurisdictions where legal or regulatory requirements have not been evaluated or satisfied.

33. KYC AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Participants may be required to provide government identification, country of residence, residential address, tax information, and other legally required information. R Infinity may suspend or reject accounts when identity cannot be appropriately verified.

34. ANTI-FRAUD AND PROGRAM ABUSE

Carspecs USA and R Infinity may suspend or terminate accounts involving fraudulent referrals, fake customers, duplicate referrals, false identity information, manipulation, unauthorized marketing, misrepresentation, or other Program abuse.

35. NO ORAL GUARANTEES

No verbal statement by a Carspecs salesperson, R Infinity representative, trader, employee, referrer, or other person overrides these written Terms. Participants should rely upon official written Program documents.

36. CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE

Carspecs USA and R Infinity Trading have common ownership. Participants acknowledge this relationship. The companies nevertheless operate as separate legal entities.

37. MODIFICATION OR SUSPENSION

Carspecs USA and/or R Infinity may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program prospectively where permitted by law.

38. ELECTRONIC RECORDS

Participants consent to receiving Program agreements, disclosures, notices, statements, and other records electronically to the extent permitted by applicable law.

39. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

By checking the acceptance box and selecting "I AGREE & CONTINUE," the participant confirms that:

• The participant had an opportunity to read these Terms before enrollment.
• The participant understands that trading involves risk.
• The participant understands that the 2% daily figure is not guaranteed.
• The participant understands that the $125,000 illustration is hypothetical and not guaranteed.
• The participant understands the proposed 30% Performance/Trader Fee.
• The participant understands the proposed 5% Administrative Fee.
• The participant understands that the initial $1,000 Program Allocation is provided by Carspecs USA under the proposed Carspecs-funded structure.
• The participant understands that the participant does not automatically own the underlying Carspecs Program Allocation.
• The participant understands that Carspecs USA and R Infinity Trading are separate entities with common ownership.
• The participant voluntarily agrees to these Terms.
